I started a debt consolidation program with this law firm in December of 2014, after months of not hearing any updates from the firm I called to inquire, they assured me they were working with my account, months went without hearing anything from the firm, until last month when I received a letter informing me that the company they were dealing with went bankrupt and assuring me that my account was continuing as normal I called them several times after I received that letter with no success, calls were being sent to a voice mail saying a that someone will return the call within business days to which I never received I was able to speak with someone after an hour and half of waiting on the phone 8/25/15, I told them I wanted to close my account and to reemburse me for all the money they took from me from 12/until now, the lady was really nasty and said they firm had to get paid for their work, which was nothing because nothing was done with my accounts she said they were only reembursing me $out of $that I had already paid them to work on my debt consolidation to which none of my accounts were ever paid or even reached an agreement PLEASE stay away from this horrible firm

RevDex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We have heard from the business and We are not satisfied with their response. We paid for a service and did not receive the service. Along with the service they were to provide us with an attorney. When they did not call for our initial consultation, nor respond to our phone calls We tried to call the attorney by locating him via his website and We were told that his phone number was no longer in service. The business now wants to give us the same attorney. We don't think so! This is a scam and we want our money refunded! We thought they were legitimate and they are not. The only way to resolve this matter is to refund our money! Regards, [redacted] & [redacted]

Review: I was a customer of Morgan Drexan Integrated Services for credit repayment. In June of 2015, they filed bankruptcy under chapter 7. In July 2015, [redacted] and [redacted], LLP contacted me. I called them on July 21, 2015 to cancel my service and requested a refund of $1,279 that was in my account. They told me to wait for 30 days. On August 10 2015, I contacted [redacted] and [redacted], they said they would work on it. A few days later, I called [redacted] and [redacted], they told me to contact [redacted] for further assistance. Since August 15, 2015 I've been in contact with [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted]. They told me they were working on it. I would receive my refund in the next week. When I talked with [redacted], she had to research the info. Next, she need access to the file, and she was waiting for a response from [redacted] and [redacted]. Than, she had the file, but no way of accessing the funds. Next, she told me she had to research how much I was receiving. On Tuesday, September 15, 2015 she told me that I would have a check by the end of the week. By Friday, September 18, 2015 no check and I've been unable to reach [redacted], leaving her a message each day, but no response. Since that time I find out that [redacted] works closely with [redacted] and [redacted]. When I talked with [redacted] at Wiiliamson and [redacted] on Monday September 14, 2015, they told me to work with [redacted]. I contacted my attorney on Thursday, September 17 2015, and [redacted] told him to wait until the end of the week, and I would have a check. Since then, he has received no response.Desired Settlement: That [redacted] and [redacted] or [redacted] refund my money. I've been patient in waiting for over 2 months with no response

Review: In March I notified Williamson and Howard LLP to help with Debt Resolution. I was told that the creditors would be notified that the law firm was taking over my accounts and that they would be making my payments. In April I started making my payments to Morgen Drexen, the lawyer assigned to me by Williamson and Howard, LLP. My monthly payment was $484 per month. In July I received a letter from Howard LLP that Morgen Drexen had filed bankruptcy and they would not be handling my accounts. They would. I sent them a letter because to call them no one ever is there to speak to. You leave messages and no one calls you back. So I sent the letter to cancel with them which I was told and is in the policy that you can cancel at any time. My letter requested the cancellation and to return the amount of money that they had collected from me since not one penney was sent to my creditors and they had turned my accounts over to a collection agentse. I placed a stop payment on the account so that they could not withdraw any future payments. When the tried and found out that they could not receive their payment they in turn according to the Bank sent the bank a code # which they bank had to comply. When I saw that the money was withdrawn I went to the bank, explained the situation and they me fill out a disclaim form which the bank placed the money back into the account and was to notify them. I In turn sent an other letter and a phone call on September 4 and a message came on stating that they were closed but to leave a message and they would get back to me on Tuesday Sept. 8, 15. It is now 8: 15 Eastern time and still no call. They never notified my creditors for I have spoken to them and they left me oweing more money to my creditors because of late fees and interest. They owe me $1931. and I want my money back. It is not fair that they have done this to so many people. Please help me to get my money back. Thank you and God Bless. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the full amount of money that I gave them to help me which they did not do at all. they have no right to keep my money or any other person that they have done this to. And if necessary they to should be held responsible for taking advantage of people who are made to believe that they will help them get out of debt. It is terrible to think that with all the dishonest people in this world, that we can not now even trust lawyers. May God forgive them for what they have done...
