Isn't that the logical advice to the homeowner if Dazco has so much experience ? The business has responded Please see below:Dear Revdex.com, This is a reply to the customers statement of problemOn July **, Dazco HVAC replaced an outside condensing unit onlyWe Removed a 3.5-ton condenser and installed a new 3.5-ton Luxaire condenserIt is not uncommon that when you
have an airflow issue, to then install a bigger indoor blower with a smaller condensing unit outsideWe are in the business to make money, we would of gladly installed a 5-ton unitThe request of the customer was for Dazco to replace the same exact size unit they originally had and did not want to spend the money to upgrade to a 5-ton unitI've personally explained this to the customerI am providing a copy of the bill which was payed and clearly states she was charged only for a 3.5-ton unitI've also spoken directly with the customers lawyer by telephone and he recognized Dazco HVAC did the proper installationThe customer stated she was going through a divorce and has not used the air conditioning for three yearsI find this oddWe are a company that has been in business for over thirty years with a very respectful reputation
