Is very hard to receive the news that you have to replace your AC That was me last JanuaryRight after the holidays when money is tight I started my research and calling friends and family for recomendations as well as my internet researchArmstrong Air & Heating was one of the companies I was referred to by one of my neighborsTo make you the story short I received quotes that went from $2,to $7,for the same issueIt was so frustrating that everyone will tell me something different and I didn't know who to trustI am definitely not an AC expert and as a single mom there is always a concern to be an easy target for someone that wants to take advantage of you Tom Hyatt came to my house and all my fears and worries went away I felt treated with respect and specially I felt I was being told the truth Tom was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything is very simple terms so I will understand He also did his best to offer the right unit that will cover my needs and didn't try to sell me on something more expensive or unnecessaryHe asked question about how long I planed to stay in my property and what kind of warranty I wanted to increase the resell cost of my houseAt the end, Armstrong was not the cheapest or the most expensive but was the only one that gave me the confidence to invest my money wisely The following week Armstrong's team of installers came over to install the equipment Two very well mannered younger gentleman arrived on time at 7:am and started working right away The did an outstanding job taking care of every little detailThey even swept my floors before leaving They took care of everything and they were done by pm That is what I call "Same Day service" I am very happy with my purchase, my AC runs great in the cold and now the heat I can even control it on my phone I am very pleased and happy and I will recommend Armstrong, Tom and his team to anyone

This Christmas was not only the hottest in Florida in more than years but on a weekendOn Christmas Eve my wife came home to notice that it was degrees in the house and our air conditioner was running but not coolingArmstrongs service representative was able to get us a tech out the day after Christmas ,which was a Saturday to fix the unit until the end of the weekendLong story short, Armstrong not only worked to get us through the hot weekend but Tom Hyatt made sure we had a new system by TuesdayThis was a huge deal due to fact that after they repaired our system it went out within a dayIt turns out that there was a power surge in our community that has caused other units to go bad as wellHowever before the day of installation, the service rep came out again and kept our unit working just long enough to get us through the weekendI am a television producer for [redacted] and work from home and with the holiday weekend I was not only entertaining guests for the holiday but finishing up some year end work that would have been difficult in a degree houseEveryone at Armstrong was wonderful and I cannot thank Tom and his team enough for making a problem at the worst time of the year to happen seem like a minor inconvenienceI highly recommend this company to anyone

I had originally called and scheduled for my AC ducts to be cleaned as we just bought the house and wanted a clean systemThe tech that came out was very knowledgeable and advised me that making repairs might not be worth it due to the age of system(I had planned for this as my home inspector told me the same thing) He had one of the Sales Directors come by his name was Tom Hyatt, he was at my house within minutes and completely assessed and gave me upfront pricing for new systemI decided to go ahead and get new system as it was a really competitive price and great brand CarrierTom was able to schedule my install for the very next morning, also Tom sent me email providing me with the techs name, photos, and there work experience which was nice to seeThe techs Joshua and Fernando arrived on time and were very courteousJoshua and Fernando did an amazing job they really had there work cut out for them due to age of the old system and knocked out the entire thing by about 3:30pmThey were very detailed and clean and picked up all mess they had madeI really cant say enough on how happy and impressed I was with Armstrong and their team, I would recommend them to anyone looking for AC service, installation, and cleaning
