Unfortunately, our business is very dependent on the weather and a thousand other factors that can slow down a crewSome customers understand this and some don'tWe try our best to accommodate all of our customer needs and service datesIn this particular case the crew was scheduled to come out on Wed but could not make itThen we scheduled the property for Thursday and ended up being short staffed so they did not make it to service the propertyThe office manager informed the client that we would reschedule for SaturdayWe sent the crew out Saturday, the crew arrived at the property in question and the client refused service and wanted to cancelWe believe the cancellation request from this customer is in the best interest of both partiesWe will be more than happy to cancel this customer account, refund there money for July and move onWe will continue to learn and grow from these type of situations in order to increase our customer experience

The Forman stated that they cut about a 1ft and half over on to the neighbors property line by accidentThis particular day it was very wet from heavy rain and the mower left a tire mark on there property line about 15-20inches wideThe mower was small so it did not leave a tire rut nor dig up the grassIts just left a tire mark and caused the mud and water to come up similar to squeezing a wet spongeTo solve the problem the very very small problem the Forman used a the water hose to rinse the mud and tire marks off the grass so you could not see marksThe grass will grow back over the area where mowers went of customer property line and look just fineThere is no dirt needed for this area and would be completely unnecessaryFurthermore, if we put dirt down in this area it could cause the leveling of the slop to be off and cause drainage issues primarily due to there being no deep holes in the areas from tire marksWith that being saidIf the neighbor of our customer would like to have a couple of bags of dirt put down we will have the crew spread a couple of bags down in the area on there next visit to the property in question neighbors property, which should be next weekHopefully this will make the home owner feel a little better about the mowers rolling a 1ft and half over there property lineWe will be sure to take better precaution when mowing next to there property from here on out

The Forman stated that they cut about a 1ft and half over on to the neighbors property line by accident. grass. Its just left a tire mark and caused the mud and water to come up similar to squeezing a wet sponge. To solve the problem the very very small problem the Forman used a the water hose to rinse the mud and tire marks off the grass so you could not see marks. The grass will grow back over the area where mowers went of customer property line and look just fine. There is no dirt needed for this area and would be completely unnecessary. Furthermore, if we put dirt down in this area it could cause the leveling of the slop to be off and cause drainage issues primarily due to there being no deep holes in the areas from tire marks. With that being said. If the neighbor of our customer would like to have a couple of bags of dirt put down we will have the crew spread a couple of bags down in the area on there next visit to the property in question neighbors property, which should be next week. Hopefully this will make the home owner feel a little better about the mowers rolling a 1ft and half over there property line. We will be sure to take better precaution when mowing next to there property from here on out.

Again, we are sorry for any frustration this matter may have caused you and will make sure the guys do a much better job watching out for your property line. We will follow your request and stay off of your property. Thanks,

on Wed but could not make it. Then we scheduled the property for Thursday and ended up being short staffed so they did not make it to service the property. The office manager informed the client that we would reschedule for Saturday. We sent the crew out Saturday, the crew arrived at the property in question and the client refused service and wanted to cancel. We believe the cancellation request from this customer is in the best interest of both parties. We will be more than happy to cancel this customer account, refund there money for July and move on. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  This is something that should have been rectified when the damages were first brought to their attention which was the actual date of the occurrence ;which the foreman told me he had the soil on the truck that day, but took off instead of putting any down. It has been 3 weeks since they've caused this damage and I have been contacting them even after filing the complaint with Revdex.com, but still no one has contacted me directly from this business to address the matter. Instead, all I've seen were sly sarcastic remarks from them in the messages back and forth through Revdex.com. The bottom line is they caused the damage and clearly tried to down play what was done. This business has no integrity at all!!!!Again, unethical business practices.....You can still see the tire indentions they left as well as feel it when walking over them. Any professional lawn care service should know not to cut anyone's lawn when the ground is saturated, due to heavy rain. Also, not to use an industrial mower to cut such a small area of grass on residential property that would cause them cut way over the property line into someone else's property. And to make matters worse, I forewarned them prior to the damage happening and they still caused damage to my property anyway!!! This is a residential propery not a commercial property! What I would like is for this company to stay off my property period!!!!
