Dear Sir/Madam we a the Morro Shores Inn & Suites take pride in customer relationships and the guest is complaining about the refund for the second room that was accidentally made by the guest but we 100% guaranteed the guest reservations and give service to our guests.Telling us last minute about the honest mistake done by guest is not acceptable as w cannot sell that room and we guaranteed HOLD the rooms as all our guests is reserving rooms with their valid credit card so we are bins to give them their rooms and on the other hands if we DONOT give them their room they have booked they will argue so we cannot camel or change the reservations they made online or via booking.com or Expedia.com and our policies is clearly stated on our booking engine and our reservation syestem which is hours change or Cancellations.Secondly guest is complaining about the room being dirty because guestbis not getting refund for their second room and making acquisition to the property and after staying and using our hotel amenities guest is saying room is dirty after check out time how can that be possible when you completely used our rooms and amenities and than saying it’s dirty just because you have booked second room by mistake and it’s bit our fault and just trying to make statement because you jit getting your money back.I hope you understand the policies of every hotel you make reservations and cannot blame the hotel just because it’s your mistakeSincerely,Ricky Pan

I am rejecting this response because:I made it clear within minutes of making the booking mistake that it was an unwanted reservation, an error, a double booking that we did not wantI also brought him into the room before we had occupied it and showed him the dirtHe got a broom and swept it out for usThe owner is dishonest and operating with informationWho takes a double booking then refuses to refund when the error is brought to his attention? You took our money without giving us servicesI call this theftYour rooms are clearly unkemptThese photographs I took from before you cleaned our room are proof
