I scheduled dental work with DrBergloff, DDSI received a cleaning and x-rays and a dental exam on Wednesday May 11, *** in the billing office called me in June to report my insurance denied the claim stating I had duel insuranceI informed her that I did notShe then informed me she would resubmit the claimA few days later she called and stated the insurance company denied the claim and refuse to talk to her about it that I had to call Blue Cross myselfI called Blue Cross, they did in fact have outdated information from The Blue Cross rep stated they had not been contacted by DrBurgloff's office beyond submission of the claim and that is is NOT the policy of Blue Cross to refuse to speak to ProvidersI called and spoke to *** today at DrBurgloff DDS.(I tried twice prior and she was out of the officeNobody else handles billing.)
