Willie Saul & Son Plumbing

I called Willie Saul to come and remodel my bathroom and Leon gave me a price that was a little higher then others but I knew his quality of work was good. I know his usual Plumbers and have known them for years, mostly Nick Isley and David Holt, well Leon sent this young boy that looked 14 and his son in law to do the job.
Well, the quality of work when they started , the didn't cut off the water, leaks were everywhere, mud all over my white carpet and etc. My wife was beyond herself ! She called the office and complained but she found out and asked about Nick I and David H because we wanted them ! Found out that David H was fired and Nick I quit ! OMG, I know those boys and they did not deserve what Leon did ! What is wrong with Leon ?
He needs to get out of bussiness!

They said that, we never know what equipment will be using until we get thereI think this statement is a weak justification for the lack of communication to the customersThey could have easily said, that there could be additional charges for use of there tools and also for the trip to my homeThey knew they would start charging me for the service from the time they left there company, that wasn't communicated to me eitherThe technician at my home, knew what tools he was going to use and the fact that there would be additional charges , at that point, he could have told me and given me a chance to accept the service or decline it, so I wouldn't be blind sided by the extra costI had options when I called them, if they had been open with me on all there charges, I would have rented a snake and snaked the drain myself for a lot cheaper then using there services, I haven't and I'm sure a lot of other customers haven't been here since and don't know all there business practices, we need to be told about the hidden charges at the time of the first conversation or after the initial evaluation but before the invoice comesI think also, taking dollars off a invoice that has been willfully overcharge by a estimate dollars is really disrespectfulI'm really disappointed in this company because I though they was above this
