I have had my car repaired by Willis Chevrolet twice. Both times, it has taken longer than normal for repairs to be completed. When I picked up my car from my second repair, there was a small chip in my windshield that was not there previously. The service coordinator was rude and no help. I emailed the general manager, he assured me that I would have resolution from his company. Two days later, he had the manager of the service department call me to tell me that they were not going to do anything about my complaint. I will not buy a car from Willis Chevrolet, and I will never again have a car serviced there.
