Review: on 7/**/15 my ** year old son purchased a remote control drone for $238 and was not satisfied with the performance due to a poor design and a defect so he requested to return the drone. Prior to the purchase we asked about the return policy and we were told 7 days with no mention of new in box. On 7/**/15 we attempted to return the drone and were only offered $153 (about 40% less) and we were told it is now used and not worth anything. The return policy was not clearly explained to us, not posted of the website, and not clearly posted in the store. We even requested store credit for the full amount and we were refused.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund or full store credit
