Hello- I'm writing to inform you that your business practices are completely dishonest and I am appalled at the lack of concern for a misleading booking adI recently booked a "Bedroom Suite" at the Signature because it fit our needs and price rangeOnly after arriving at the hotel do I find out that the title is put in place to mislead you and you will, in fact, get a downgraded room with less space and amenitiesI understand that mistakes happenWhere I am completely frustrated is the fact that I call you company to explain what happened to get it fixed, they tell me that they cannot help what description is listed for a room and even though I have a confirmation email stating my reservation is for what I thought I was purchasing including a description of what the room should be, they don't care to see it and it cannot be fixedAfter talking to the hotel, it sounds like you are rude to past guests and hotel staff as well

I really enjoyed renting with Airpads, their properties in Las Vegas are beautiful and locate right behind the MGM Grand. I'd definitely book with them again!
