I called Willis and Sons on 7/14/to repair our air conditioning unitThe service person, ***, came approximately 2:00pm that day and changed the capacitor and stated he believed that would fix the problemI called an hour after he left and advised him that the air that was coming out was not cool air*** stated to give the unit time and call back in the morning if there is still an issueMy husband called at 8:05am 7/15/and spoke with *** who states that he was not coming out to recheck it and believed that we needed a new unitMy Husband had told *** that the unit had to be turned off due to being hot to touchI then called a different HVAC provider to assess the unit and for a second opinion before purchasing a new unitThe second company came out 7/and changed the capacitor from a (the one Willis and Sons applied) to a and replaced lbs of Freon and the unit has been working properlyI called *** at Willis and Sons on 7/and requested a refu
