I had put my mower in there for warranty work 3 weeks ago, just now getting it back after 2 weeks of waiting for it to be delivered. when they do finally deliver it they hand me a bill for what the warranty did not cover, and said I had authorized the charges, which I didn't. so ended up having to pay for it or not get my mower, and well grass was already knee high so had no choice.
