Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:From: [redacted] Sent: Tuesday, May 19, 2015 12:03 AM To: [redacted] Cc: [redacted] Subject: [SPAM?] Re: Attached are all the documents supporting claim # [redacted] I am going to refer to an email we sent you in February as all of the points are still salient here and will copy and paste essentially what we said to you then.   Begin forwarded message: From: [redacted] Date: February 17, 2015, 6:23:38 PM CST To: [redacted] <[redacted]@snet.net> Cc: [redacted] 1. I never once said I didn't work for [redacted]. I said I no longer live in [redacted] and work at [redacted] there. [redacted] and I live and I work in [redacted] and have since June 6, 2014, a month and a half before you [redacted] a package to [redacted]. Where things stand is that you sent something to a place of work that I no longer work at, in a state [redacted] I didn't even live in. You claim that you did due diligence in sending that package and that it was signed off for. But, that neglects the fact that from November 2014 until July 2014 (when you mailed the package) you never once communicated with us. No email, phone, text or any other communication to 1. let us know you were sending anything to me, 2. respond to any of our other inquiries. We had emailed you that we were moving and that is why we wanted to settle everything with you. If you had emailed us a simple "I'm about to mail the package" we could have given you a proper address and we could have had this part (the consigned ring) settled... Which would have hopefully opened up a line of communication to try and fix the ill-fitting Wedding band. As far as we are concerned, you saying you mailed a package which was delivered it not good enough. You never mailed a package to [redacted] or me. You never communicated with us - not once in 2014.  2. The biggest issue is that from Nov. 2013 until February 2015 we tried to contact you to no avail. We talked to a woman who works for you and replied via the [redacted] email account, named [redacted]. We emailed you that we were moving multiple times. We came by your store to try and discuss this with you and you refused to answer the door (despite lights being on and me being able to hear voices inside). We mailed you a certified letter which was returned because it was refused after being attempted to deliver 3+ times. And then you evidently mailed me a package to my former work without texting, emailing etc anything to me or [redacted] to let us know you were returning the ring. Only after I texted you a picture of the returned certified letter and threatened legal action did you respond to me. 3. Being in possession of our property for consignment and then refusing to ever communicate with us again or allowing us to retrieve said ring, and never fixing a ring we purchased from you that was unwearable despite us trying to communicate with you for 15 months is inexcusable.  4. You have offered to fix the engagement ring, which [redacted] and I appreciate. But after your actions of the last 15 months we can not in good faith trust you with our Engagement and Wedding rings. I do not feel safe sending you such valuable property. Emails, Texts, phone calls and even visits go unanswered from you. In the past it took 6 weeks to have something returned when we mailed it to you AND it took me sending you multiple texts and emails then to get you to respond. You have in no way earned our trust to get us to send you those rings. If, you are so willing to fix the rings now, why did you not once have either you or your employee [redacted] reply to us saying that you would try and fix. We have gone 17 months since we received the wedding bands without [redacted] ever being able to wear the two bands as was intended when we designed the rings. You say you don't buy back special orders, but in this case it is an order you completely messed up, sent us an incomplete/unwearable wedding band/engagement ring set and then disappeared with us never being able to get fixed properly. In short you sold us a defunct ring set and are only offering us any restitution (via fixing it) 15 months later. For those reasons and more we do not feel comfortable putting you in charge of fixing her rings. At this point if you are unwilling to purchase the ring back we are asking you to provide a solution that does not involve sending our ring back to you. Simply put, there is no trust for me to allow that to happen. The last time we sent you a ring to be fixed it took 5.5 weeks for it to get returned and we had to email, text and call you over 12 times to get a response from you. I will not go through this again.   We also wanted to lodge this issue with the Revdex.com outside of any remedy efforts on our part to warn any future customers you might have of how you conduct your business practices. Your communication was inexcusably poor and any resolution attempts on your part only came after much duress and effort on our part. This isn't the way we feel consumers should be treated. Sincerely,
[redacted]
