December 1, 2015Dear [redacted] ,I am in receipt of your letter dated November 30, This is my second response to this issue, My first letter of November 16, in this regard is also attached and referred to in this letter. In my first letter addressing this issue, I wrote:"The customer's complaint of October 26, 2015, is absolutely unjustified and inaccurate. The customer had originally brought me a yellow shirt to my dry cleaning storeThis yellow shirt was brought to me for dry cleaning on September 12, This was dry cleaned, and the customer picked up the shirt and had no complaintsThis is the first and only time I have seen this customerThe customer claims that she has been to my store on several other occasions, which she has not.On October 26, 2015, the customer returned a white shirt to meThis shirt was not the same shirt I had dry cleaned as l obviously write down the details of all garments I receive; it was a different color; it was on a plastic hanger from a department store, not on the type of hangers use for my dry cleaning, which are white wire hangers; she did not have a receipt and it did not have a dry cleaning tag attached to itThe garment was also in an old, plastic bag, and not in a new dry cleaning bag provide with all my dry cleaningThe customer stated "I just opened the bag." This garment was a different shirt than I had dry cleaned! The white shirt had a dark brown spot on the bottom of the shirt, and dry clearing does not provide dark brown spots,"The customer's second complaint states, and quote: "He clearly does not even remember the complaintWhere he claims there was a brown stain at the bottom of a yellow shirt allegedly brought in, it's clearly a white shirt with a yellow chemical stain."I have circled the above quote from the customer, and it is attached. In the above statement, the customer agrees that she brought me a white shirtAs I wrote in the above, it was a white shirt with a dark brown spotShe ORIGINALLY brought me a yellow shirt, and on October 26, 2015, the customer did indeed bring a white shirt with a dark brown spot on it and it was most certainly not a chemical stain.Again, the customer in her second argument actually confirms and agrees that she brought a white shirtI had originally dry cleaned a yellow shift for her I did NOT dry clean the white shirt prior to her bringing it to me!When the customer brought me the white shirt, it did not have a tag, nor was it in a dry cleaning bag, and it did not show any indications whatsoever of having been previously dry cleanedIt was wrinkled and had a dark brown spot on it.Tag number [redacted] is dry cleaning for a different apartment than the apartment the customer resides inIf need be, can provide both apartment numbers!Again, these accusations and complaints are false, and now the accusations are completely INCONSISTENT and inaccurate!I will not refund the price of a garment I never dry cleaned.Regards,Bjia B

The owner seems not to accept reality or responsibilityWhat's more, I don't even own a yellow dress shirt, so the proprietor's argument is all the more absurdThe shirt was on the original hanger Bijan had placed it on when he returned it to meWhat's more, of course I had no complaint when I received the garment; who checks their dry cleaning while still in the dry cleaner's?As Willoughby Valet was the only dry cleaning establishment I used, and the shirt in question was washed one times, Bijan B [redacted] is clearly the responsible party, and as such, should take responsibility for the damage he caused to my propertyThe contemptuous attitude he has displayed since and during this incident (making personal attacks) must not be condoned by the Revdex.comThank you for your attention Regards, [redacted]

have received from you. Your letter states that you Emailed me. I do not have an E-mail address! The customer's complaint of October 26, 2015, is absolutely unjustified and inaccurate. The customer had originally brought me a yellow shirt to my dry cleaning store. This yellow shirt was brought to me for dry cleaning on September 12, 2015. This was dry cleaned, and the customer picked up the shirt and had no complaints. This is the first and only time I have seen this customer. December 1, 2015Dear [redacted],I am in receipt of your letter dated November 30, 2015. This is my second response to this issue, My first letter of November 16, 2015 in this regard is also attached and referred to in this letter.
In my first letter addressing this issue, I wrote:
"The customer's complaint of October 26, 2015, is absolutely unjustified and inaccurate.
The customer had originally brought me a yellow shirt to my dry cleaning store. This yellow shirt was brought to me for dry cleaning on September 12, 2015. This was dry cleaned, and the customer picked up the shirt and had no complaints. This is the first and only time I have seen this customer. The customer claims that she has been to my store on several other occasions, which she has not.
On October 26, 2015, the customer returned a white shirt to me. This shirt was not the same shirt I had dry cleaned as l obviously write down the details of all garments I receive; it was a different color; it was on a plastic hanger from a department store, not on the type of hangers use for my dry cleaning, which are white wire hangers; she did not have a receipt and it did not have a dry cleaning tag attached to it. The garment was also in an old, plastic bag, and not in a new dry cleaning bag provide with all my dry cleaning. The customer stated "I just opened the bag." This garment was a different shirt than I had dry cleaned!
The white shirt had a dark brown spot on the bottom of the shirt, and dry clearing does not provide dark brown spots,"The customer's second complaint states, and quote: "He clearly does not even remember the complaint. Where he claims there was a brown stain at the bottom of a yellow shirt allegedly brought in, it's clearly a white shirt with a yellow chemical stain."I have circled the above quote from the customer, and it is attached.
In the above statement, the customer agrees that she brought me a white shirt. As I wrote in the above, it was a white shirt with a dark brown spot. She ORIGINALLY brought me a yellow shirt, and on October 26, 2015, the customer did indeed bring a white shirt with a dark brown spot on it and it was most certainly not a chemical stain.
Again, the customer in her second argument actually confirms and agrees that she brought a white shirt. I had originally dry cleaned a yellow shift for her.  I did NOT dry clean the white shirt prior to her bringing it to me!
When the customer brought me the white shirt, it did not have a tag, nor was it in a dry cleaning bag, and it did not show any indications whatsoever of having been previously dry cleaned. It was wrinkled and had a dark brown spot on it.
Tag number [redacted] is dry cleaning for a different apartment than the apartment the customer resides in. If need be, can provide both apartment numbers!
Again, these accusations and complaints are false, and now the accusations are completely INCONSISTENT and inaccurate!
I will not refund the price of a garment I never dry cleaned.

Bjia B

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I have already furnished ample proof that I have patronized this business on several occasions. If the tags I displayed were indeed assigned to other apartments or orders as the owner claims, why are they in my possession? The owner seems not to accept reality or responsibility.
What's more, I don't even own a yellow dress shirt, so the proprietor's argument is all the more absurd. The shirt was on the original hanger Bijan had placed it on when he returned it to me. What's more, of course I had no complaint when I received the garment; who checks their dry cleaning while still in the dry cleaner's?As Willoughby Valet was the only dry cleaning establishment I used, and the shirt in question was washed one times, Bijan B[redacted] is clearly the responsible party, and as such, should take responsibility for the damage he caused to my property. The contemptuous attitude he has displayed since and during this incident (making personal attacks) must not be condoned by the Revdex.com.
Thank you for your attention.
