*We just received this complaint todayWe had no previous correspondence regarding this matterMr [redacted] was contacted by our office back in July and we provided written documentation to him The following week he set up an arrangement with our office to repay the debt he owedMr [redacted] then declined his first payment and has not responded to our office within over daysAt no time was the word jail or court used during our discussion with Mr***He obviously is trying to make our company look bad in order to not have to repay his debtUpon request by you, Our office would be happy to furnish any information you need.At this time our office has cease and desisted all calls to Mr [redacted] due to the fact that he has no intention of voluntarily resolving his past debt.Sincerely,Anthony S

The matter between Ms*** and our office has been pulled out of our systemMs*** allegations of stating warrant, arrest, program, or bully like is preposterousOur office doesn't conduct business in that fashionMs*** mother was called because she was a reference on the file, and was
asked to have her daughter call our officeWhen we spoke to Ms*** she accepted responsibility for the debt and stated she would take care of the matterAmounts were not discussed due to the fact that Ms*** would not give us an active E-Mail address to send any documentationWe had no further contact with Ms*** and considered it a refusal and took it out of our systemUnfortunately in this industry individuals do not want to accept responsibilities from past mistakes and try everything they can to not repay old debtsOur office was fully compliant and offered Ms*** all the necessary opportunities to complyShe refused so we ended all communication with Ms***We refuse all further dealings with Ms*** and will not be contacting her further.
