First off the people that work at this establishment are rude, unprofessional, liars and manipulative especially he manager [redacted] and the Assistant manager ***First off lets start off with the fact that they completely screwed me over for 1700$ in move in costsWas advised that rent was not to be due till August because of the fact 1700$ was paidWhen July came along and us believing that rent wasn't due till August they proceeded to add late fees and stuffWhen I went down to talk to them about it they clearly tried to say it was a miscommunication but we were still liable to payBut we had made other payments to get ahead of other bills because we were in belief that rent wasn't due till AugustAnd since this came from the mouth of the manager they should of stood by what was saidBut did they of course not! they submitted it all the way up to the lawyersSo my boyfriend was unable to make court because of work so I went alone and was turned away by the attorney because my name was not on the leaseBut yet they have been talking with me this whole time about this is and took my money orders with my name on itSo we were told if we could bring the amount that was owed then everything would be okWell again unable to get off early from work I requested if I could come in after I got off at and was told no it had to be in the next hr or maybe and that was pushing itSo I sent my dad after his CHEMO treatment to go and pay it and they refused to accept the paymentThey were in every shape and form unwilling to work with us even though we had the money and the amount they were requestingAny other respected business gives till the close of business but nope not themSo we were forced to have to leaveNow on top of all of this during I started to remember the whole move in process was not a traditional move in processI went in and collected the keys they did an over the phone approval for my boyfriends signature handed me the keys and lease and I was on my wayNo one reviewed the lease with me or anything to the affect and they handed the keys to me and I wasn't even on the lease!!! How is that legal?? My boyfriend never one time showed his face to the office he only talk to them the one time they couldn't probably tell him from any other man that walks in that officeThey can't even look up at his ID because they never had him bring it upSo technically the ,man they have on the lease may very well not even exist!! So now they just let anyone come and apply as long as they have the info and money....Also when my dad went down there to try and pay the payment to them the manager wouldn't even come out and talk to him being that she was the one that handled our accountShe refused to talk to him kept her self in her office and would not come outShe had [redacted] stand in her behalf and all she could say was everything is he said she saidJust so sad how these people operate on top of they are bed bug infested so I guess it's kind of a blessing in disguise having to leave because when we left our other place we never had any issues with bugs come here and only been here for month maybe and we have discovered we had bedbugsWe started waking up with little bites not knowing where they came from or why because we never had this issue before and then right before we moved out we seen one!!! OMG so disgusting we had to throw our mattresses away because of it so grossAs you can see our experience at that horrible place was stressful and horribleHow can they still be in business if you look at reviews online on them there are so many negative reviews than positiveI wish I would of read up on them before I allowed them to screw us like they did

My roommate and I are renting a bedroom apartment here at Willow Creek ApartmentsMy roommate had her purse stollen, therefor; she was not able to pay rent on timeThe office was not understanding to our situation and charged us 300+ worth of late fees by the time we were able to come up with them moneyThey are not helpful one bitHow they opperate there is that there is a leaser that handles your account with them and that is the only person that can answer any questions for youI called in to ask general questions that everyone in the office should know and the representative Heather cwould not help me out she said "I'm not going to answer any of your questions or deal with this problem, you need to talk to ***." I will not recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know

This is in response to case number [redacted] Unfortunately Ms [redacted] is under the impression that she paid a $refundable deposit at move in when in fact she has paid $in non-refundable pet fees One of the pet fees was paid 9/2010, the other was paid 10/ which would make her claim of a $deposit given at move in impossible We have gone over and over this information with her many times and even sent her this email in efforts to clear up any questions or concerns she may have The $that she was charged at the end of her lease was because she moved out of her apartment before her lease ended It has nothing to do with a pet deposit; the pet deposit discussion/complaints as you will read below did not come up until she received the $lease break charge I would be happy to explain this matter in further detail if you would like Thank you for your time, [redacted] Community Manager Willow Creek Apartments Office: ###-###-####

Nothing new has been added to themI also explained the parking regulations to your husband when he came in to the office and spoke to me personallyI explained to him the same way as I did to you and before he left, he thanked me for the information givenI truly understand your frustration, but please bear with us as we have to remember over 2,vehicles on propertyAs I explained to you and your husband, the curtsey officer makes a list of all cars found on the visitor parking on any random day of the week, she will then go back and check on her list two days afterAny vehicles found in that list again will be given the hour orange towing sticker, as you can see it is very hard for us to know one particular car belongs to your baby sitterI would like for your baby sitter to come and have a talk with our morning curtesy officer and show her the vehicle that she drives so we can try our best to prevent any future tagsI hope this can be a solution to our problem, please let me know when she can come and meet with usThank you, Elizabeth *** Assistant Manager Willow Creek Apartments Realty Center Management

This place is absolutely one of the most horrible places to live at. First they completely took us for over 1500$ and told us one thing in regards to our rent payment that would need to be made in August due to the huge amount we paid to move in. When July came along we thinking we were good till August did not pay a July payment and they sent the lawyers after us. Denying all agreements that were made by the Manager herself. When we had the actual amount to pay to stay they told us we had to bring it in by 1pm but we both worked they would not work a time out with us my dad volunteered that after his chemo treatment he could be there by 2 and they refused payment when he got there!! I thought usually you had the end of business to pay things, nope not with them... They are also bedbug infested when we moved from our current place into this place we had never had any bug issues ever. After only a month of living there myself and my boyfriend started waking up with bug bites. We had no clue where we were getting them from because we have never had any experience with bedbugs. SOOOOO disgusting. Also these people don't do any type of secured verifying. I handled all the signing up for the apartment deposits and all of that they had my boyfriend sign the lease electronically which was me calling him on the phone and them inputting his name on the line. They never asked to see him his I.D or anything for all they know I could of been stealing someone's identity. Still till this day they have no clue what the man on the lease looks like. Not only that they always spoke to me about all the issues when all this started but then found out I wasn't on the lease and said they couldn't discuss anything with me when they knew from the get go I wasn't on the lease. So now they have been violating his privacy giving me information for over a month. Another thing when my dad went down there to try and pay the payment for us since we couldn't get off work the manager refused to come out and talk him she stayed in her office and had the rude assistant manager speak for her. When the manager was the one that handled this whole account and was the one who said when rent would be do. During the signing of the lease nobody went over the lease agreement they just gave me the keys and my folder and that was it. This apartment complex operates unprofessionally. Now because of them we are out 1500$ plus from what we paid to move in. They need to go down to that complex and fire every single person in the office for being rude, having bad customer service, not doing accurate verification of who is living on their premises and for violating a tenants privacy.

I will try to explain every issue.
The A/C issues:
Every emergency work order for the A/C she put in got completed the same day. The only one that was completed the next day was on 09/21/2014, Sunday evening at 7:24p.m. The resident call it in on our answering service, but if the A/C is noisy my...

maintenance guy's will not come out, because it is not en emergency. I attached you all the work orders so you can see when the resident put the work order in and when it was completed.
 
Pest Control issue:
Our pest control service come's out twice a month every 2nd Wednesday and every 4th Wednesday. The resident put in the pest control request on 06/16/2014 for the maggots and we put it on special request. Presto-X came out the same day and took care of there Apartment. Presto-X comes from San Antonio. I attached the sign off paper from the Company.
 
We had some changes in the Office staff, but I always make sure that we do call backs. 
 
The issue with her laundry:
There is really nothing we can do about it. We have 24/7 open Laundry rooms on site. We tell residents that we are not responsible for there laundry. My Assistant to that time called her back and told her that she need to get in touch with her Renter's Insurance and see if they reimburse her for the stolen items.   I don't know what time she came to the Office, but we have lunch from 1:00p.m. till 2:00p.m. and I have employees they take there Lunch here on property in the office, so the door is locked and they will not open the door. The office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.
Sometime the Office staff or myself working longer, but we will not open the door after hours.
 
This is the first time that we hear about a robbery in the Laundry room's.
Mrs. Behringer knew that there are no guards, cameras, fences or gates when she first move in 04/12/2014.  
Dana, I live here on property since 6 years never ever got my laundry (underwear) stolen. I apologize for what happened to her, I'm really sorry but there is nothing I can do. We are not responsible for stolen laundry.
