Placed an online order for Pepperoni and cheese stuff crust and crazy breadEstimated time of order to be ready was minutesI drove from Englewood which is a minute drive and still waited an hour in the storeFinally after the wait my order was ready but they gave me my pizza and crazy breadWas told that I only ordered and after telling them no I bought four and showed them my online order details they spent MORE of my time trying to figure out how to read their own receipt and finally decided that I did pay for fourAs if the hour and a half wait that I had already spent wasn't enoughI had to drive back home minutesOnly to realize that when I got back home my pizza was just a deep dish pepperoni pizza (Isn't this supposed to be a hot n ready anyway) which was not what I orderedProceeded to call the store who could not issue a refund and could not provide a corporate phone number as we were told to "google" it and was given excuse after excuse about ou

Princeton relies on it's original response to MrThompson's complaint in denial of his allegations. Princeton will investigate the matter further for clarification and to ensure that its tenants are being provided the quality service they deserve and will follwith MrThompson directly on the issue should there be additional findings per an investigation

I am rejecting this response because:
Before contacting Revdex.com I attempted to resolve this issue with Princeton Management. I sent three emails thru their website contact...

us option requesting an explanation. No response was received. These emails were sent September 25, 2017-October 17, 2017.
I spoke to Princeton leasing agent, Christina, on August 28, 2017 via phone. I asked about a 12 month lease for a one bedroom apartment. She replied $400.00 The leasing agent didn't ask me if I was a current resident nor did she qualify the offer as an promotional offer. She called me back later that day and explained that I wasn't eligible for the rate she quoted me because I was already paying a higher rent. The response from Princeton stated I was on a month to month lease and that is inaccurate, I was previously on a 12 month lease for $550.00 per month.
On August 30, 2017, I spoke directly to Willow Ridge property manager, D. J[redacted]. I told him my concerns and he agreed that the price I was offered was unfair. J[redacted] told me he would speak to his regional manager about my situation and seek a resolve. During the interim, I told J[redacted] I would sign a new lease and if the regional manager agreed with me, a corrected lease would be submitted. J[redacted] subsequently contacted me and told me that my appeal was rejected by the regional manager, name not provided by J[redacted]. Again, no mention of a promotional rate, J[redacted] told me that Princeton wanted to keep me at the higher rate I was already paying.
Additionally, I was quoted $600. a month for my current one bedroom lease with no mention of a $25. per month concession by Princeton's representatives.
I would like Princeton Management to provide more transparent pricing and training for their leasing agents at their Willow Ridge property.

I lived here for over a year and honestly really like it. This place is less expensive than nearby complexes that I also considered and location is quiet, yet close to downtown. Apartments are of decent size and are well maintained. I never had any problems with the neighbors or management. I recommend!
