November 6, Dear MsCameron:We are in receipt of your letter dated 11/3/ [redacted] Credit Services LLC represents Willow Run Veterinary Clinic concerning this consumerBelow please find our response to the complaintPlease do not hesitate to contact me at ###-###-#### or by e-mail at [redacted] ( [redacted] .net should you have any questionsIt is correct that the credit card was only charged $instead of $Willow Run Veterinary Clinic called the consumer the same day, 3/4/15, twice on 3/5/and again on 4/23/15, each time explaining the problem and seeking permission to run the card for the remaining balanceWillow Run also spoke to the consumer's husband directly who would state that he would only give the message to his wife On 7/31/ [redacted] Credit Services received a letter from the consumer stating the account was placed in error and was paid in full at the time of serviceThere was no mention of the credit card being charged the wrong amount in the consumer's letterOn 8/5/ [redacted] Credit Service sent a letter to the consumer informing her of the mistake in the amount charged to the card, sent a copy of the charge slip and informed her of multiple prior conversations with her husband Willow Run Veterinary Clinic has made every effort to resolve the issue with the consumer prior to placing her in collectionsIt is a fact that Willow Run ran the wrong amount on the credit card, but it does not mean that the remaining balance is not due In an effort not to personally identify the consumer we have not included copies of our, and our client's records, letters and phone calls to the consumer, however we would be happy to provide them if you would like me to fax those as well.Sincerely, [redacted] Director of Operations

I may have glanced at the email but most likely got occupied by something else. We are willing to pay but what I was looking to have them resolve is the whole referral to a credit agency. I don't believe it should have gone that fair for several reason. How long we have been customers, the time frame and the fact that the error on their part. In their response I did not see any resolution to that issue and that is my main concern.
Hopefully we can get this resolved, thanks again, [redacted]
