Willow Street Property Management, Incentered into contract for property management services with [redacted] and [redacted] on January 1,I have attached the Lease Listing Agreement and the Property Management Agreement which I will reference throughout the letterI will address each of the complaints and provide backup documentation for eachRefused to consult on decisions/Debiting account - In reviewing the owner's payout history the only debit to the account besides WSPM commission and the approved gardener payment was a charge for Private Pest Exterminators in the amount of $on 9/16/The service was for pest control, specifically ants(invoice attached) Please see Property Management Agreement, page Section 3.CREPAIR AND MAINTENANCE: This gives us permission to have repairs or maintenance done, broker shall obtain prior approval of Owner for all expenditures over $See Property Management Agreement page 1, Section 3.GEXPENSE PAYMENTS: Pay expenses and cost for the property30-day notice - A 30-day notice was given and an offer to release the owner earlier because there was not a tenant in the property and I thought it would be better to have the new property manager place a tenant; however, the email states "We would prefer to have the resignation effective immediately but will continue to work if you prefer a 30-day notice."
