I just received Sandy's wooden kitchen from Willow ToysI contacted them on December 9th with many questions, including questions about shipping times as I was needing to receive the item in time for ChristmasI was responded to within hours of initial contact by Joe, the owner, and he answered the questions I had He also assured me that I would receive the kitchen in time for ChristmasI placed the order that afternoon and received it within daysIt is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and well craftedI could not have found this item in a store and I am so excited to give this wonderful heirloom quality toy to my son for Christmas
We ordered a kitchen from Willow Toys in late Sept/early October 2014. Yes, it was delivered a little later than expected, but we talked with Joe explained that he was running behind on orders due to the holidays. We got the kitchen about a week after we spoke on the phone and it was in excellent condition. So beautiful and well-made, and our daughter absolutely loves it. We're so happy to have found a toy that will truly last a lifetime.
Willow toys is a terrible company after ordering a icebox refrigerator ,they sent a confirmation that a refrigerator was to be delivered to my grandaughter for her Christmas to be opened on Christmas She was expecting a refrigerator but got a stove she loved it but wants to know where her refrigerator is I contacted Willow Toys and aman name [redacted] called and when l explained thst they messed up and sent the wrong item and now my four year old doesnt understand why she has to give back the stove but wants the refrigerator that l ordered, this is a delicate situation with a small child at Christmas Mr [redacted] was rude to me and hung up on me twice refusing to work out a solution He contacted my son and was rude to mybson comparing the ssituation to an Iphone or a drille this a different situation it is a childs Christmas that was ruined! The man was heartlesss and very rude!! Bad customer service!!!! Beware!
