I had my medicare physical performed by Dr*** *** in Dec A technician was not present so I was told come back or we can give you paperwork and have it done at Valley View Medical centerAt the time I lived by the hospital so I elected to go there
The hospital than billed Medicare and tricare for the blood sample Medicare and tricare would not pay it all as there was support docments from the Doctor as to why the blood sample was requestedthis left me owing $ Since than I have tried contacting his office to send in the necessary paperwork to justify the blood sampleI have spoken with *** *** at the office who has promised twice to send in the paperwork She has not done so I am receiving corespondance about possible collection agency action from Valley View if I do not pay the bill
I have since moved from the area I have had occasional luck calling and talking with some one like *** who promises to send in the supporting document
