We have apologized several times for this incidentShe was told to go and file a claim for her damages goods and she still did not file a claimshe can still contact us to resolve this issue

I have had no correspondance at all
from this business.
I intend to file a small claims report for all my damaged furnitureI sent them pictures of some of the damaged furnitureSome can't be replaced as it has family value and is emotional loss, these are items from my father who is now passed. This business does not seem to care the damage they caused to my personal itemsThey have my email and have not responded to me with a solution

[redacted]Hello and thank you for your response. I was waiting for the Manager Eric to return my call and he did not. I called again and spoke to him and he was not pleasant nor helpful. He told me to enjoy my money and to contact the claims department which I did and they advised me that I had to send something in writing and that it would take about 60 days for a response. I am currently also disputing this with my credit card company.
