I ordered 2 types of yarn from this company:
Meadow(cotton)..10X 50 g..wheat color.described on line as" soft as butter" to the touch..rather rough when compared with Premier Cotton sprout..when I called customer service I was told to ship it back..for refund or exchange ,shipping fee at my own cost minus 10$ credit..so finally accepted a 10$ credit..the other yarn: King Cole Summer 4 ply was full of knots all along..I had to Strretch the yarn while crocheting.end result of my project looked a bit thick since I used #3,5 crochet..ouf.I was offered 2 balls in exchange..hopefully better ones...needless to say I won't order any more from them..1 st time I experience this as I regularly order from other yarn companies..but was tempted to try ..1st& last..🥴also when I mentioned the "discrepancy " in their yarn description, the customer manager answered:"it's interpretation "..right? Since we can't touch the yarn when buying on line what's the point?🤔rather false advertisement no?🙄..or really poor luck X2..
