To whom it may concern:My name is Brittany K***, I am the Assistant General Manager at Willow RestaurantI'm responding in regards to a letter received from the Revdex.com on 2-8-18(ID # [redacted] )This letter is the first time I have been made aware of the customer's complaint.Our gift cards do not expire, and this customer's gift card has not been tampered withI've included a photo of the gift card's current balance, which also includes the gift card number, date of inquiry and timeThe balance of the gift card is in fact $64.31, as the customer stated it should be.The phone number on the gift card unfortunately does not work, despite management's attempts to fix itA gift card's balance can be checked either by physically swiping the gift card, or by manually entering the gift card number into the POS system.My apologies for the inconvenience this situation has caused the customerI am certain that if they had contacted the restaurant directly by telephone that we could have resolved this matter long before it became an issueFurthermore, my apologies for any miscommunication in the customer's attempt to contact us- as I stated earlier, this letter is the first time I've been made aware of the customer's complaint.I hope that this letter and attached photo should reconcile any further action to be taken by the Revdex.com orcustomer.Sincerely,Brittany K [redacted] Assistant General Manager Willow Restaurant
