Willowbrook Condominium

I switched banks and in the process of closing out one account I miscalculated by 2$ and 300$ of my rent payment was returned to willowbrook and I was charged by them for the returned funds - NOT A PROBLEM! It was an extra $50 and I had no problem paying it. I told them as such. They decided that because the payment was returned that somehow means I don’t want to live here and filed for eviction court. I now have a charge from them for returned fees, AND $258 filing charges that they refuse to remove even though I have otherwise satisfied my payment and court was canceled. In this time, I have a tub that is peeling and have mentioned I am unable to clean not numerous times but their office is filled with under qualified children that answer you when they feel like it and only partially. Apparently they need to schedule someone outside the company to fix it and just don’t want to so I haven’t been able to scrub my tub in months. On 3/22 I notified them of a leak in my apartment and of water damage on the ceiling. They sent someone in who said it was fine. A month later I had a huge problem with the paint bubbling in the bathroom, and a brain stain on the wall and ceiling in my hallway. I sent them these pictures and they sent someone out to repair the pipe and said they would be back the next day to fix the huge hole in my ceiling and the wall in the hallway. My carpet was also soaked from this. 3 days later and they never came, never contacted me. I called the health department and they sent someone out to inspect and then all of a sudden maintenance was interested in fixing it. I told them numerous times that I want notice before they enter my apartment, they can come while I’m not there but I require notice. Maintenance enters whenever they feel like it. I never know when they are coming, how long they will be there, or what they’ve done while there. This took almost 2 weeks to get fixed and is still not complete. I had to leave a fan on under my carpet for 3 days for nothing.
