It's been near 2 years since I purchased my Dodge van from Willowbrook. Today I received a Christmas card from the sales floor manager ( Kevin [redacted] ). Simply wonderful. The treatment I received at the time of purchase and another incident involving a wheel which refused to be removed at a tire shop, was dealt with quickly and without any charge by the staff at Willowbrook
