The consumer never bought the saddle this was on a trial basis to see if she liked itI did receive the $for the use of the saddle and if she would have bought it that amount would have been deducted from the sale of the saddle

I couldn't figure out how to respondI can't tell if that is a real attorney since his name only shows up as ***.I've received no letter that he had been retained, and would love to settle this without going to court

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have paid $2,200.00 towards my saddle and a commission Ute Nielsen said she would waive. I decided to pay her $1500.00 because I truly felt she deserved to be paid for her work in helping me get my horse shipped from Ocala, Florida to Wisconsin.  The $2,200.00 was paid mainly in cash and combined with the $1500.00 commission that she waived. Ms [redacted] agreed to reduce my balance by $500.00 if I would give her $1,000.00 the next day. I did give her the $1,000.00 the very next day. She asked me if I wanted to just pay the balance in full, or continue making weekly payments. I told her I wasn't sure because I needed to discuss the issue with my husband.  She then without any warning took my saddle and is holding it at her house.  This was not a trial by any means. Thank you for responding. Incidentally, I kept careful records of every payment made.

particular form of response that you prefer?Ms. [redacted] has initiated two small claims suits concerning this matter, which is why I was retained. I will be unable to comment on the specifics of these cases, and obviously resolution is up to the court. I don't know why Ms. [redacted] is requesting help from the Revdex.com, because she had already filed the small claims cases by the time she filed her complaint with you.I would like to preserve my client's Revdex.com rating, but -- by the customer's choice -- the resolution of this dispute is going to be through the court system, not the Revdex.com.Sincerely,     [redacted]
