Willowick Ace Hardware

I want to this ace hardware. The barcode on item she could not read. She wanted me to go back and see or get the barcode. She wouldn't call somebody to help her which they had four people sitting by the key machine talking. I've never seen a place that wanted the customer to go get a price check. I called to talk to the manager with no luck there. This is the first time that i've had problems with their customer service.

I purchased a toro lawn mowerfirst time using it, it is making a loud rattle, metal to metal, noisesounds as if the blade is hitting somethingfront end is shakingI only made two passes, about feet each when this started to happenI stopped mowing, thinking safety firstafter checking everything I could think to check, I tried the mower again, this time it wouldn't start! I waited about minutes, then another minutes and it finally startedstarted cutting again but the same thing happened with the noise and front end shaking but now it won't shut off!! I went back to ace hardware to return it seeing how it is definitely defectiveI was told NO! NO returns or exchanges, after all I put the gas and oil in it! doing this makes returns or exchanges impossible even if they wanted to return it, and they don't/won't, its my problem, I need to take it in somewhere for repairs!
