very same morning. On September 7, 2017, Ms. [redacted] called and spoke to me, [redacted], and I explained to her that her package had been sent back. She wanted to know why we had not called her or notified her that her package was in the office. I have not heard back from her. She has not given me any information. The agreement that MS. [redacted] signed when she moved in states the following:“We shall not under any circumstances be liable to you or whoever owns such property if such property is stolen, lost, missing, or damaged by third parties, fires, leaks, weather related causes or other events of any kind.
