Willows on France response to the complaint by *** *** It is always in our best interest to offer good standard living, safe environments and to be fair in an unfortunate circumstanceIn this situation, it is unfortunate that we had to enter the unit and open up the floor to replace
piping We did this as quick and efficient as possible The tenant informed us that they were out of town so it was perfect timing to do the repairs The repairs took a day longer than expected We communicated with the tenant about the progress After the repairs were made we sent a cleaner over to clean the unit Dust from the new cement that was pour down after piping was installed was still settling and we did send the cleaners back a second time When the tenants let us know that they were displeased after that second cleaning we offered to send them again Our cleaners stand behind their work and we wanted to provide an opportunity to make sure the tenants were happy They declined the third timeWe took the things hanging in their coat closet to the dry cleaners and covered that expense as well We also gave them a credit for three days off rent totaling $for the inconvenience this has caused them If the tenants would like their air quality tested, we would accommodate that request I informed the tenant of this, and he said he didn’t feel it was needed I also asked for lodging receipts and I would see if we could compensate them for that The tenant informed me that they did not get a hotel As it stands we feel this issue has been resolved If there are further concerns or questions the tenants are welcome to contact the rental office and/or the cooperate office.
