[redacted] I did not refuse service. Actually I have a receipt for $84.00 that  demonstrates that I did not refuse service. I paid $84.00 for one year service while the actual contract I paid for $199.00 15 years warranty. Is this the super discount that [redacted] is talking about?When the tech serviced my water softener for $84.00 he claimed that he would return in two weeks with an offer from management but have not heard from him. I will call [redacted] to see if he can actually offer me a decent price for service.

We did come out to the job and service the unit on that date and I have spoken to the tech the unit will not come on when plugged in. We can send a Water Softener tech to his house this week if Mr. [redacted] will call my cell at 210-[redacted] so I can get our expert to his house at no service charge and if the unit needs work I will discount the repairs dramatically. We are willing to help get this system back up and running. Please let me know.[redacted]
