Wills Brother Home Service

ok so I had will brothers home service install a new furnace,air conditioner and a new water heater at my house last Junei guess it went well I wasn't there for the install as a work days but I had somebody there to open the door and let them work everything was installed correctly I would suppose I do not specialize in that trade but the problem i'm having with this company is that I asked one of the installers if they were going to return the water heater to *** and he re assured me it would be but instead of returning it they just put the water heater in there shop, now its almost been one year from the install and in mid march I noticed i'm still getting billed for the water heater so I get on the phone with the installers and start asking questions they told me they still have it in the shop and haven't returned it yetso I told them I need a return form for *** and you just have to pay the monies from last June up to April which comes to I don't normally do th
