Will's Computer Repair

Ok,to begin I went in June 26 to get [redacted] to look at my laptop because the piece on the side where you plug in the laptop needed to be repaired, so I gave him 15 dollars to order the part. The reciept enclosed is signed by his girlfriend that he had my computer and had to order the part...he was busy so he had his girlfriend sign the reciept. I got back with [redacted] around the 2nd of July and he had the part. He told me that when he plugged in the laptop it wouldn't work because the hard drive had blown. When I gave him the laptop it was working except for the piece on the side wasn't working because I was able to run off of battery until I brought it in to him. So I decided to buy a laptop from him for $250.00 and he was going to add microsoft word from him for $50.00 which made it $300.00. I asked him if I could put it on layaway and he said that maybe he could work out something and as we were talking he said that I could take it home and pay on it every two weeks. I paid him $100.00 that day and he wrote me a recipt which is enclosed. when the next payment came around my son had been out of work 3 weeks which I didnt know about and I know it's not [redacted]s problem but I had tried to see if he could work with me and he never responded then he became very threatening we messaged each other July 18,2014 he came my house to get it which was fine but he brought 3 guys with him intimidate me and scare me, but I asked him why did he bring his goon over...so I said it was because [redacted] was scared I was going to beat him up. I thought maybe I could continue paying on it but he said we are done. He gave me my laptop and it didnt work at all. I gave him his in the same condition I got it and I paid $50.00 for the microsoft word and I don't have microsoft word anymore but he has my money. I told him I wouldnt take it this far if he would fix my latop. He blasted everything on facebook about everything we talked about and lied about it if I could have sent that to you I certainly would have. He has it though.Desired SettlementI'm asking for I would either like my laptop fixed by someone who is honest and reliable, or I want a new laptop in the place of the one I had. Getting my laptop fixed I would need the money upfront which I don't have and get someone to look at it to see if it's worth fixing especially after [redacted] had it. I don't know what he did to it. If it would be cheaper to get a new one then I want a new one. I want [redacted] to pay for it. I want my 50 dollars back for micro. word. She stated the charger port was broken on her laptop and it was unable to charge. I quoted her $15 for the part, and replaced the pushed in charging port. After replacing the port, the laptop would still not power on, I diagnosed why it would not power on and everything led to the motherboard being bad.So after quoting her for the motherboard, she wanted to purchase a laptop from me instead. I quoted her a price for the laptop and stated we would do bi weekly payments.Two days before the first scheduled payment, her son calls and says he lost his job. Then calls back and says his car broke down. The day of the payment, I heard nothing. The day after, I called to get no answer, so I called again to both her and her sons phone, suddenly they were both cut off. I gave it some time and called again. Only got voicemail.I sent messages through facebook and knew she checked them because the messages said "seen". So I told her if she doesn't contact me back that I would call the police.All the while I was nice about the situation, kept professional. She sends me a text saying "Geez I'm not trying to steal your laptop" but would not give me an address to where my merchandise is.She then gets upset with me, told me to come get it and that she wanted hers back, so I returned it to get my laptop back. The whole time I am getting nasty texts such as: "Were you so scared you had to bring your friends?"Now after I got my merchandise back, she has posted about my business being bad, sent nasty texts, contacted this site the Revdex.com. I have found would be cheaper to get a new one.I want one that is a 17 inch laptop which in comparison to mine. If I dont get satisfaction through the Revdex.com I will take other action..I have information if need that I had copied about my computer and other computers. I have my selected choice of where I want to get it from.
