The paperwork for this complaint has been forwarded to my insurance company, [redacted] located in [redacted], TX. Multiple attempts to glean additional information from them regarding the status of this claim have gone unanswered until today. My agent finally provided [redacted] as the Claims Adjuster and the Claim number is [redacted]. The only contact information I have for Mr. [redacted] is [redacted].
I have continued to follow through on this issue as it concerns Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] because my goal is and always has been 100% customer satisfaction and the [redacted] are valued customers. I regret any inconvenience they have been subjected to and sincerely hope this situation will be resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Will's Plumbing A/C and Refrigeration Service
On October **, 2013 Will's Plumbing was called out to repair a leak in one of the upstairs bathroom tub. The wall was torn out and all the plumbing was replaced to the tub. The leak was repaired. Some tile was damaged in the repair. We paid $631.54. On November ** a major leak occurred in the wall where the plumbing has been replaced. Another plumber came out from Will's Plumbing. He tore the wall out and fixed the leak. He did not charge us saying it was warranty work due to defective and shoddy work performed by the first plumber. I called Mr [redacted], Master Plumber, three times. The last call was on January **, 2014. Each time Mr [redacted] said he would contact his insurance company and get an adjuster out to our house. We have not heard from and insurance adjuster. We hired a contractor, [redacted], to repair the damage
