Customer was notified that address was invalidWe tried numerous of times after she said address was correctAfter much failed attempts package was physically taken to the post office where they said address was also invalid and they could not ship*** kept assuring us that the address was
correct so we than went back to the post office and asked them to over ride their system and Mail package as customer said it was correctThis package was mailed almost weeks ago AND received by that customer*** did call me, the owner, several times but I was ill and unable to answer my cell phoneOnce I was able to a phone call back was immediately returnedThis order has been resolved successfully!

The customers refund was processed and an email was resent to her today stating thatIt takes several days for it to appear in your account depending on her bank
