The transmission went out on my truck We took it to Willy's with a brand new rebuild kit we purchased It took him a couple weeks to fix, got the truck back on labor day weekend The reverse went out He's had our truck since September 6, He doesn't answer calls, or texts When he does get back with you there's always an excuse to why it's not done So today, my husband went to get the truck The transmission is in pieces in the garage, truck hasn't been touched It's been months He told my husband of places there might be used transmissions He offered to pay $for half of the price of one We paid him for a job that was over $900, then it broke, we took it back, he has the $and my transmission He needs to pay for the other transmission not just half
I brought my truck to have my transmission replaced in august willy looked it over after being there for a little over a week and on August 26,I paid which was suppose to be half down for them to start on my truck after having my truck for weeks "waiting" for parts to come in willy called said he had my truck done and I need it out of his shop asap and it was gonna be an extra for the "Parts" he ordered so I went to his shop paid him the balance of plus the extra drop the truck approximately miles to the gas station and the transmission wouldn't shift so I turned around brought it back to the shop he hooked it to the computer said it was the brain or the computer it needed reset because its running off what the old transmission was doing so after waiting and waiting and calling and checking in he said he had to order something to reprogram it and that it was the trailer brake making it not shift so he said he fixed it again but he just wasn't happy
I wanted my transmission rebuilt, he gave me a price of $and wanted half down so I gave him $down, he was supposed to have my car repaired in days, failed to do anything to it for a week, I told him I was coming to get my car, he said no you ain't getting it,so he disabled it by taking the transmission out, pushed it out side and let it set,for more weeks, lying daily saying he'd have ready, that evening, I had to get the police to get my car back with a tilt truck he kept my torque converter, and My $he did nothing to the transmission, still had the old oil in it! he lied all along about having it ready to go in!
