[redacted] never agreed to a refund. I feel they are lucky charges were not filed against this man who clearly was wanting to do bodily harm to me. I had to move away from him as he exploded in an unfounded rage. If my husband had witnessed this things may have gone a different way. We will not be refunding anything and if this continues I will see about pressing charges
Yes this seems relatively accurate except that Ina's husband was well beyond put out. He was aggressive, mean, rude and out of control. I was trying to be polite and diffuse the negative, aggressive energy. My biggest mistake was not notifying the police. I will not refund any money as the abuse...
that day and on many levels for years from these people warrant the money. I had to block Ina's phone as she continued to call over and over again to harass us. Life is way too short to deal with that kind of negativity.. Neighbors witnessed his outburst and have personally experienced it. We are not by any means being singled out in this.. workers and neighbors beware. There is a serious anger control issue there..
