After several meetings with the customer, the customer and our company reached an agreement that *** Concrete would pay for a
contractor to resurface the slab with wood plank tileWe believe this is above and beyond fixing the problemsWe addressed the customer's concerns and apologized for not meeting their expectations
During the years being in the concrete business, we have had a few projects not go our wayEvery job we do has different variables and circumstancesWe take pride in our work and the reputation we have earned throughout the yearsPlain and simple, if the customer is not happy then we are not happy
We hope the customer's perception of our character will change once all the repair work is completedWe took the character judgments personally and found them hurtfulSome how certain things were misinterpreted and we want it to be known that this complaint does not represent our company or who we are
Once again we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that their project meets their exceeds their expectations once it is finishedWe will take the events that occurred and use them to make ourselves a better company

I cannot say the above statement is factualWe did not have several meetings with Wilmer ConcreteWe may have had several phone conversations, but to say we had several meetings is not true*** met with us after repeated attempts x weeks prior to initiating a complaintSince our complaint was filed, we have had one meetingWhen they met with us they offered to have someone else do the job*** told us if he knew we were going for perfection from the start he would have never did the jobThe company they hired to perform the job did not show up as we were promisedWe attempted to contact that company x attempts via phone, voicemail and textNo responsesAfter days of no shows and no contact we had to reach out to Wilmer ConcreteThe tile guy reports he got his dates mixed up, bet no apology offered for never responding to our contactsHe reports he will be down this weekI feel if Wilmer truly wanted this to be resolved and have happy customers, they would have made sure their subcontracted company was in fact doing what was expected of themHopefully this ends in a positive wayRight now our house is a disasterWe have concrete dust and powder everywhereIt's all over our windows, siding and patioWe hope that it is cleaned up in the end and our house is put back to newly built status as it was prior to any of this process startingI will say Wilmer Concrete is responsive when we have contacted them now that we have the Revdex.com involved and negative complaints postedAt this time I cannot fully commit to a yes when asked if I accept the response from the businessI do accept that they have put the work and repair on someone elseI hope in the end it is a positive resolutionI do not feel we have had ample opportunity to say a resolution has been reached
