the second carpet selection for any inconvenience.     The last phone conversation we had with Mr. [redacted] was in early November and once again we offered to replace the carpet as the replacement  carpet is sitting in the warehouse shipped from the manufacturer several weeks ago.     At this point we are unsure of what it is exactly that Mr. [redacted] is requesting.  It is our company policy to replace floor covering  that is a manufacturing defect at no cost to the customer.  We are waiting for Mr. [redacted] to give us the ok to do so.Sincerely,[redacted]
