Wilmington Carpets Inc has made several attempts to reconcile the defective carpet that was installed for [redacted] *** The manufacturer agreed to replace the carpet at no cost to the customer and Wilmington Carpets agreed to reimburse Mr [redacted] the $upcharge on the second carpet selection for any inconvenience The last phone conversation we had with Mr [redacted] was in early November and once again we offered to replace the carpet as the replacement carpet is sitting in the warehouse shipped from the manufacturer several weeks ago At this point we are unsure of what it is exactly that Mr [redacted] is requesting It is our company policy to replace floor covering that is a manufacturing defect at no cost to the customer We are waiting for Mr [redacted] to give us the ok to do so.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
