I have purchased Golden Greek Tortoise and they have sent wrong tortoise which was Greek TortoiseThe color was Gray and Dark Brown, not close to Golden at all, so I sent numerous emails with pictures to different people and phone calls, but have not sent single respond to resolve this issue for almost weeks! After weeks they finally sent email from Steve in sales department told me that the one they sent was the Golden Greek Tortoise even though color is completely different than on the websiteThey cannot prove anything that it is Golden Greek Tortoise and keep arguing that it is Golden Greek TortoiseThey said if I'm not happy with it, they will refund it but I need to pay for the shipping cost which is a lot close to $Horrible customer service!

I ordered from them recently and was excited to receive my turtle well the package came and there was no turtle in itI called them thinking someone could help and the first time I called the guy talked to me as if I was ignorant and I told him I opened all the packaging and took it all outHe gave me an email for a Liz at the turtle farm and I emailed her and got no email back and then I went directly on the site and emailed again and was directed to call a Steve at an number which I did as wellI called this morning and they still won't help me and he said all's he could do was send an email to shipping which I haven't yet gotten an emailI'm sick of getting the run around with thisAt this point I just want my money back since they can't say if they can send me the turtle or not!
