This patient had pts that were going to expire on 12/31/On 12/9/two coupons were created, which were unused and therefore expired on 2/7/We have a case, in which this patient called in on 10/14/16, she was explained the rules for points expiration, but no goodwill points were issued
It was also explained to her that if office had not entered in treatments we could assist office by entering in points for treatments within the last year. On today's date, we have also added ($50) goodwill points to her account
