At first they're really nice on talking to you and they will tell you all the good stuff that you want to hear as if everything is possibleTheir price is not reasonableThey will charge you everything that they can think of i.ecopy, fax, scan of documentsOnce they got your money, that will be the beginning of your nightmareThey will not call/update you on the case unless you call themAnd if you do call them, they will not take that much time on talking to you as if they're being paid by second(s) and will not address any of your concern about the caseThey will count the number of times you call them and they will indirectly charge you on those calls by letting you know that you have maximized the payment you made to they so you're going to end up paying more than what you have toThey're known for their alibis on your case that there's problem here and there so they will come up with a different option/solution and you will end up paying for another case and the initial/original case that you have started with them will go back to zero and will end up to be a different case
