Wilshire Consumer Credit

I am upset to the highest degree with WILSHIRE CONSUMER CREDIT. They have lied to me on many occasions.
Today at 11:57 I made the pay off payment of $2,928.17 and over 4 hours later it hasn't posted. The thing that has me upset is that I am told I wont get my title for at least 4 weeks. I want to sue them for everyday that I am not in possession of my property. I have paid them their money back and should not have to wait 4 weeks to be able to (for example) sell my BUS. This is preventing me from moving ahead with my pursuit of life,liberty and happiness. I would not use this company ever again. If I had money to blow, I would spread the news about this bad company. Wish I would have read the Revdex.com complaints first.
