I would like to address the above consumer complaint and make an effort to accommodate the consumer's desired resolutionThe only information that we have for this consumer would be relevant information to try and
recover a "supposed debt" from I show only calls ever being made to the consumer on 5/19/of the calls were wrong numbers to even make contact with the consumer and we were able to leave messages on of the numbers provided and left a voice mail for a return callThe consumer made contact with our office that same day and was reluctant to verify any information that we would need to even discuss the account information with a consumerThe consumer has AKA's or alternate names and we need to take precautions before releasing any information to a wrong partyOn another note, this office does not have nor has ever had a *** *** employed within our companyTo have closure with this matter, our office has closed the consumers file and will Cease & Desist from any and all collection efforts against the consumerPlease advise

This response does not address my concernsMost importantly, their statement that their "client was taking me to court" and that I "should give their information to my lawyer" (even though I never mentioned obtaining an attorney)I was never informed that they might have the wrong personThey made it clear that I was the person they were afterWhy do they have my social security number and my credit report as they stated? Also, why was I told that the person who initially called me did not exist? Another thing that I didn't mention in the previous complaint is that when I started questioning them over the phone and not cooperating with them, I was told I was being recorded (after the fact)
