On 8/17/we had a representative from Wilshire Refrigeration & Appliance come to our parents' home to look at their refrigerator that is not workingWe paid the diagnostic fee $98.00/USD and asked for the refrigerator to be repaired (which the amount would be refunded upon service)

It is two weeks later and we have received no update This is after we called daily for a week asking for an update on the part and approximately when we can get the repair done
No one has returned our call with a time estimate or bothered to give us an update
Since then we have had no refrigerator to useTo make matters worse my mother is currently battling pancreatic cancer and we are now forced to find other ways to keep her food and medication cool
Needless to say we are highly disappointed by the lack of service and b
