Wilshire Wigs & Accessories

My first online purchase from Wilshire Wigs was in March 2015, having ordered from a couple other online wig companies in the past with good results I returned one of the wigs in this order and was informed I could not receive a refund, only store creditFair enoughTwo months later a placed an order for another wig, adding a note to make sure my credit was applied to the orderAlas, my credit card was charged for the entire amount and I STILL had a credit! Further, the monofilament part would not lay smoothly on my scalp I chose to wear the flawed wig over hassling with WW and ending up with another credit I couldn't use!!
So, a couple months ago I tried again, placing another order for a wig of the same value as my credit; I just wanted to finish doing business with WW once and for all Well a week or two after placing the order WW called me to say the wig was not available GRRRRR!!
It's been almost a year and WW still has my $$ (approx 75.00)They are difficult if not impossible to reach via phone or email I'm not sure what to do next
