As this refrigerator is under f ullManufacturer's warranty, Electrolux ultimately makes the decision on how to resolve the customer'srefrigerator failure, and Wilson Appliance then executes the procedure. Unfortunately, t he timelinessof t his decision making process was not satisfactory to the [redacted]s.In order to limit the distress to t he customers, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]; we have offered to provide a loanedrefrigerator without a charge to them, while Electrolux provides an agreeable resolution. This offer wasrefused, as a temporary solution to bridge the gap of time without a refrigerator.As of today, December 7, 2015, Electrolux has agreed to provide a complete refund for this refrigerator.Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] will be at their own decision to fulfill their replacement.Please understand that we do not build these refrigerators, and we try and align our company with thestrongest manufacturers.
