I [redacted] this is [redacted] from a&c masons inc. my cell# is [redacted] if you need to get in touch, I sent one other photo of driveway in question I tried to do it on the Revdex.com web site respond to complaint and was unable so here it is.
AS you can see on these pictures  the driveway...

was already all cracked up before the concrete truck went on it,I did sign a waiver from the concrete company and it did  sink the all ready cracked concrete where the front tires stood. I offered to repair the damage the truck caused which in the waiver it says any and all damage  caused, (this I believe we are responsible for.) not damage already existing. I informed our client that we would repair damage done by truck not existing damage she refused, I then trying to please our client told her that I could take $1000.00 off the work we did in her back yard of which she still owes us $3086.00 (which is more than fair) again she refused. after much dispute and trying to please our client I offered to remove all existing concrete from driveway at our expense even though we did not cause existing cracks , but that she would have to pay for the new concrete which would be $2600.00 (this offer is know off the table). Unfortunate  we could not come to terms with our client, as you can see I tried all I could falling short of giving her a new driveway which  I believe we are not responsible, we are responsible only for damage done not existing damage which we are ready to repair as soon we get$3086.00 owed us.
