her battery and alternator replaced nor do we have any business records demonstrating a that a battery and/or alternator was ever replaced. She never came to pick up her vehicle after these repairs were made; sent two letter to customer requesting she pick up her vehicle and pay her bill. The first letter was returned undeliverable. Sent a 2nd letter by certified mail to customer in September of 2015 to come and pick up her vehicle and pay bill or there would be a $25.00 per day storage fee. Customer called and requested relief; we agreed that if she came in paid the remainder of the bill, $197.18, she could pick up her vehicle. She requested the vehicle be towed to her apartment complex and we agreed for a $40.00 fee. Upon arrival the tow driver placed the vehicle in an empty parking space. After successfully placing the vehicle into the parking spot the customer then told the driver the vehicle had to be moved to the rear of the building as she was not permitted have her vehicle parked in that spot. The driver agreed but informed her that he could not place the vehicle in the spot she requested due the space's location and the size of the truck.
